Remote Online Notarizations are completed virtually through a Florida RON approved secure platform. The client uploads the documents into the platform and once the client's identity is verified, they are notarized electronically. Mobile In-Person Notarizations are provided in-home and we travel to your location to complete the documents in person.

For Remote Online Notarization, the client will need a smartphone, computer or tablet, a valid government-issued ID, and the documents that are to be notarized in digital form ready to be uploaded to the platform. For In-Person Notarization, the client will need a valid government-issued ID and the documents printed out and ready to be notarized.

The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized. We work efficiently to ensure that all documents are notarized in a timely manner.

For Mobile In-Person Notarizations we typically ask that the client be located within 1 hour driving distance from Boca Raton. If you are not within this distance, a Remote Online notarization may be a better option for you. Feel free to reach out to us so we can discuss what may be the best fit for you.

Remote Online Notarizations are $21 for the first stamp and $15 for each additional stamp. Mobile In-Person Notarizations are $10 per stamp along with a travel fee depending on your location.
